Precious Pup- Blue Fern Studios September Challenge

Here is the layout I created for the September sketch challenge at Blue Fern Studios

Here is the sketch below:

I used this cute picture of our little pup sniffing dandelions on the grass. I used the Secretary paper from the Frolic collection. I also fussy cut some elements from Frolic "calling cards" and "adorn" papers to embellish around the photo.

I used a flower stencil from "Stencil Girl" to give the background some texture and added matching Prima flowers that mimicked the flowers in the photo.

I used the Paisley and Vine chipboard flowers to embellish around the photo. They were embossed with Lindy's stamp gang Bonjour Butter embossing powder.

Hello Friday- Scrapberry's Vintage September Challenge

Here is my layout for the September challenge at Scrapberry's

Our theme this month is Vintage and you can create anything with a Vintage theme.

I used this photo of my daughter catching frogs by the pond. 
I created a vintage feel around the photo using earthy tones and metal charms from Scrapberry's. I used the leaves and cage with hearts charms.

I used two different papers from the I love cooking collection: Recipes and Home Pickles. Then I added lots of texture and sprays to match the colours of the papers.

Discover- Riddersholm Design

Hi Everyone,
I'm here with a new layout for Riddersholm Design using their Vintage Venture collection.

I used the Vintage Venture Blossoms paper for the background to which I added lots of sprays and stencils to mimic the nature in the background. I also added Blue Fern Studios Rock wall bits to make people feel as if they are right there inside the caves with us.
Finally I added green Sizal thread that a friend sent me from Poland to mimic the moss on the rocks.

I was happy to be able to play this month with the Lindy's Stamp Gang color Challenge
The background was inked with several sprays and dabbers from Lindy's Stamp Gang. They came in a blue and green set.

I used some Riddersholm Ink it cherry blossoms and roses which were also sprayed and Dabbed with Lindy's Stamp Gang matching colors above.

The Blue Fern Studios Rock wall bits were embossed in 2 green shaded embossing powders from Lindy's Stamp Gang that came in the Industrial Chic set: Reindeer moss green, Oakleaf Olive
