Angel of Love--Mixed Media OTP with DecoArt

Hi Everyone,
This is a project I created for the DecoArt Outreach blog program.
I've had this idea in my head for quite a long time.
I've wanted turn a glass bottle into an angel.
I used a small Coke bottle and transformed it into this angel.
I used different metals from Scrapberry's, a resin heart and Archival Cast wings from Prima.

This is the type of bottle I covered.

I really wanted the angel's body to have a lot of texture but I think I might have gone overboard LOL.  It didn't tuned out exactly like I envisioned it but I still like the way it turned out.

I used DecoArt modelling paste and metal trinkets to cover the bottle and then added more texture with cheese cloth, resin and foam. Everything was glued using DecoArt media matte medium.

I once the paste was dry, I painted the whole piece with Deco Art black gesso. Once dry, I painted with Deco Art Dazzling Metallics: Gold, Copper and Patina.
